I'm Connie, I am a Life Design Coach for Women based in Southern California. I work with women who want to create something more for their lives.
I am the author of Design Your Daring Life Workbook: Achieve Confidence, Success, and the Courage to Have It All!, a guided resource designed to help women and young adults discover who they are, clarify what they want, and begin creating what’s next.
I also co-authored the Charge Up Your Life series, which helps readers uncover common barriers that hold them back and provides practical tools to create a more fulfilling life.
With a background in teaching, school administration, counseling, and coaching, I bring both professional expertise and real-life understanding to my work. I also wrote Adolescent Girls at Risk, based on my doctoral research which shares the stories of three teenage girls victimized by their schools, families, and society.
Through coaching, writing, and workshops, my goal is simple: to help women reconnect with who they are, believe in what’s possible, and design a life they feel excited to live.
