The Business Building Boutique Client Contract & Agreement:
This agreement is between Debbie Shadid (herein named as COACH) and Enrolling Client (herein named CLIENT) in the Business Building Boutique.
The program fee is non-refundable for any other reasons. All agreed-upon payments must be made as promised by agreeing to this contract. This is not a month-to-month membership. If you selected the monthly payment option - you will be billed each month according to the date you joined until the obligation is completed. By committing to this process, you are committing to follow this program to see results.
The Business Building Boutique program(s) is a curated collection of everything a coach will need to know to build and grow a profitable business. I want to encourage you to attend coaching, but I also understand you will, on occasion, have other commitments, so all sessions are recorded and added to the client portal.
For our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
- Please commit to your goal and the work we will do together. Attend our group coaching sessions and engage with the COACH and other group members. Please arrive on ZOOM with your camera on and be in a place without distractions. We want this to be a positive experience for all attending.
- Be willing to make changes recommended by the COACH. Commit to staying engaged despite the possibility of discomfort you could experience when learning new things.
- Commit to the action plans you create and implement.
- If you have questions about the program process or something the COACH has suggested, please discuss it with the COACH and communicate feedback to the COACH to better address desired goals.
The service provided to the CLIENT by the COACH or any of the COACHES' contractors is COACHING for your business growth and development. COACHING, which is not directive advice, counseling, or therapy, may address overall goals, specific projects, or general conditions in the CLIENT's life or profession. COACHING services may include setting priorities, establishing goals, identifying resources, brainstorming, creating action plans, asking clarifying questions, and providing models, examples, and in-the-moment skills training. The COACH will share some CLIENT success stories to inspire others to join. The CLIENT is responsible for their results.
The COACH will engage in direct and personal conversations with the CLIENT throughout the relationship, including asking detailed questions and making requests. These interactions aim to remind the CLIENT of her intentions and COACH her to realize them. For our relationship to achieve the maximum result, the COACH asks that the CLIENT agree to the following:
- Please commit to your goal and the work we will do together. Attend our private or group coaching sessions and engage with the COACH and other group members when in a group format. Please arrive on ZOOM with your camera on and be in a place without distractions. We want this to be a positive experience for all attending.
- Be willing to make changes recommended by the COACH.
- Commit to the action plans you create and implement.
Except as expressly provided in this agreement, the COACH makes no guarantees or warranties, express or implied. In no event will the COACH be liable to the Client for consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the Client may incur, the COACH's entire liability under this agreement, and the Client's exclusive remedy, will be limited to the amount paid by the Client to the COACH under this agreement for all services rendered up until the termination date.
This is the entire agreement of the parties and reflects a complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter. This agreement supersedes all prior written and oral representations.
If a dispute arises out of this agreement that cannot be resolved by mutual consent, the Client and COACH agree to attempt to mediate in good faith for up to 30 days after the notice is given. Any actions taken past mediation will be held in Oklahoma.
The CLIENT's first payment or full payment for this invoice(s) indicates compliance with the above requests and understanding of the services provided in The Business Building Boutique Program(s).
